Minol digitizes 2.600 WOBAU apartments

WOBAU Wohnungsbau GmbH Parchim and Minol have entered into a long-term partnership: Over a period of eleven years, Minol will manage the entire housing stock of the municipal company with around 2.600 residential units; further properties under external management are to be added.

The framework agreement was officially signed on April 28, 2025 – a strong signal for a trusting and future-oriented collaboration. Minol will begin equipping the first properties with the Minol Connect radio system this year.

In addition to heating cost billing, the service package also includes the implementation of interim consumption information (uVI) in accordance with legal requirements. The new Minol app allows users to access further helpful information in addition to monthly consumption figures. This requires the timely installation of over 10.000 wireless heat cost allocators, 5.500 wireless water meters, and 200 wireless heat meters.

Bosco Mirtschink, Regional Sales Manager at Minol, is certain: “The collaboration with WOBAU Parchim and Minol has gotten off to a very good start. The project is developing very successfully and will be completed as planned.”
