In July 2018, the Minol-ZENNER Group acquired the Danish company Brunata International a/s , thus acquiring the historical namesake of Brunata. This acquisition, together with Brunata Int., has made Minol-Zenner a pan-European provider of submetering services.
In southwestern Germany, our home region, we use the license plate BRUNATA and MINOL (sometimes also in the form of the combination marks BRUNATA MINOL), in the rest of the country we currently operate as MINOL.
Wherever you find the terms BRUNATA MINOL or BRUNATA on our website or in other publications concerning us, these designations currently refer exclusively to the area in southwestern Germany and not to the area designated as MINOL, where we currently operate exclusively under the name MINOL and for which the designation MINOL applies exclusively in every respect and for all designation purposes.
