Can radiators that are switched off still indicate energy consumption?
Modern electronic heat cost allocators do not measure consumption when radiators are switched off. However, minimal heat conduction via pipes or thermostatic valves can cause slight heat losses. These are negligible in the billing process and correspond to actual heat consumption.
