• Status monitor: The status monitor provides information on the billing status of the property. It displays details of the data you have submitted, the current processing status at Brunata Minol, and shows which properties are ready for final operating cost billing.
• Image file (E898): The heating bill is transmitted electronically as an image file (TIF or PDF). This allows you to immediately integrate the corresponding heating bill when creating the operating cost statement. No more time-consuming adding of separate statements, and the entire document is also available in your archive should tenants/owners have any questions.

Simulation of the results

To increase security, we will check all results transferred to your Blue Eagle system via a simulation run before the actual run. This ensures the results are checked twice: once in our billing system and again before the BEKO (presumably a billing statement) is generated in Blue Eagle.

A PDF ensures seamless integration of the heating cost statement into the operating cost statement. All you need to do is print the pre-sorted statement or send it to a printing service.
