Minol direct for tenants and homeowners

To register for the Minol user portal, you will need the 10-digit registration token that you received by mail. Once you have this token, go to the Registration page.

Enter the token there. Then enter your email address and a secure password. You will then receive an email to confirm the email address you provided. Open the email and click on the verification link.

After successful verification, you can log in to the Minol user portal with your login details and view your consumption data.

Alternatively, the registration process can also be completed via the Minol app.

If your property manager or landlord already has your email address, it is possible that they have initiated the sending of initial access data directly via email.

In that case, go directly to the Minol login page. User portal.

Please enter your email address and the initial password that was sent to you by email. For security reasons, you will then be asked to create a personal password.

You can now log in with your login details and fully use the Minol user portal.

If you own multiple apartments, you may receive a registration letter for each one by mail. In this case, it is sufficient to complete the registration process for only one of your apartments.

Once you have a Minol user account, you can easily add any additional apartments to your existing account. Within your Minol user account, go to the "Profile" tab and then select the "Add Apartment" function.

Here you can enter the 10-digit registration token that you received by mail for the other apartment. The respective apartment will then be automatically added to your account. You can subsequently access the consumption data for both apartments via the same login.

Alternatively, you can add more apartments via the Minol app. To do this, please use the red plus sign within the apartment selection in the app.

You were activated for the Minol user portal as a homeowner, but you have rented out your apartment? In this case, you have the option of setting up a sub-access for other people.

Within your Minol user account, go to the "Profile" tab and then select "User Management." Using the red icon under "Actions," you can then enter the name of the sub-user/tenant and define a period for which they are authorized to view the consumption data. To complete the process, enter their email address and create the user account.

The registered sub-user/tenant will then receive an email with an initial password. Using this password and their email address, they can log in to the Minol user portal. Following registration, they will be asked to create a personal password for security reasons. They can then log in and view the consumption data for your apartment via their account.

Important:
Please always observe data protection regulations. Ensure that you only grant access to sub-users for the period in which they actually reside in the apartment. In particular, existing permissions must be limited or revoked by you in a timely manner when tenants change.

If you no longer know your password, you can reset it yourself:
Click on “Forgot your password?”, enter your email address, receive a verification code and set a new password.
