This online service is available to all Minol customers with properties for which Brunata Minol prepares the annual heating and operating cost statements. Using the online billing service is free of charge. By choosing this option, you can also reduce paper printing and help conserve resources and protect the environment. This means you will receive your heating cost statements, including invoices for billing services, rent, and maintenance, digitally. This allows you to also send these documents to your tenants and property owners electronically.

This is how paperless billing works

You can find the "Online Billing" service in the online customer portal. minol-direct.deIt offers a clear and user-friendly interface for all your billing documents. Documents for both the current and past billing periods are readily available there – Minol will no longer need to send billing documents by post.

In order to switch over and activate the online service in the online customer portal minol-direct.de, we only need a few details from you.

The advantages at a glance:

• You have a clear overview of all properties that have switched to online billing.
• All documents for the current billing period are visible at a glance.
• You can use a search form to select a different billing period or to search specifically for a property.
• The filter function allows for convenient sorting.
• You can see which documents were created most recently, which are still pending, and when you last accessed the documents.
• The documents are stored as PDF files. This allows you to access the statements at any time or conveniently forward them to your tenants and occupants via email.
• You have the choice between downloading the complete statement, the individual statements, the invoices (heating service, rent and maintenance invoice) or a complete package with all documents.
• The PDF files are provided as a download in a compressed ZIP file and are clearly displayed according to document name, user number, username, account number and creation date.
