This price list is valid from April 01, 2026. It applies to services provided between April 01, 2026 and March 31, 2027.
The net prices apply, plus the applicable VAT rate (= gross price). Additional expenses, downtime, and extra services will be billed according to working hours. If the sampler's journey is unsuccessful and the sampling could not be carried out through no fault of Minol, we will charge a cancellation fee of €98,00 (excluding VAT) or €116,62 (including VAT) plus travel expenses.

Terms of contract*

The contract term comprises two inspection cycles (initial inspection and one follow-up inspection). The contract begins on the date of the first sampling. The contract term is automatically extended by one year unless terminated with three months' notice prior to the end of the contract or any renewal period. If the client is a consumer, the contract may be terminated with one (1) month's notice to the end of the month, at the earliest after 24 months. If the client does not exercise their right under the first sentence, the contract will automatically renew indefinitely and may then be terminated at any time with one (1) month's notice. The client declares that, if acting on behalf of a third party (e.g., a homeowners' association), they are authorized to conclude this contract and all related property-related individual contracts. They undertake to notify Brunata Minol immediately of the termination of their authorization or any change of property manager. Travel expenses for any second trips for which Brunata Minol is not responsible will be charged according to the applicable travel zone.

Brunata Minol conducts drinking water analyses in accordance with the Drinking Water Ordinance and recognized engineering standards. Due to legal requirements, this typically involves at least three samples or sampling points. Depending on the number of pipe runs in the affected system, additional samples or sampling points may be necessary. These incur additional costs per sampling point (see Minol's current price list).

To carry out the drinking water test, the necessary sampling points must be available at the central drinking water system. If this is not the case, have the sampling points installed by your qualified plumber in good time.

Please note that the number of draw-off points includes one draw-off point each on the circulation line and the hot water line.

The execution of the ordered services is contingent upon the complete and plausible submission of all required information and access to the necessary sampling points. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive a postal order confirmation and a registration letter specifying the date for order execution.

You will receive the invoice along with the inspection report by mail. The invoice is payable within 30 days by bank transfer.

As a landlord or property manager of a condominium association, you should be aware that, according to Section 31 of the Drinking Water Ordinance, testing the drinking water for pathogenic Legionella bacteria is mandatory every three years. This obligation applies to most multi-family buildings with three or more apartments and a central hot water system. Single-family and two-family homes are generally exempt from this testing requirement.
